Appointment Policy

As we commit to be on time to every appointment, in return our expectations are that you will make every effort to keep your scheduled appointment. We understand that circumstances may arise that can require a possible cancellation or rescheduling.
The following policies are in place to ensure that we can accommodate all our valued clients as efficiently and effectively as possible given the limited amount of available appointments per week.

CANCELLATIONS:

6 hour advance notice is required for any cancellations. You can log in through your email and click on "manage appointment" and cancel. For any cancellation less than 6 hours. The client will be charged half the price of the haircut.

 

NO SHOWS:

Failure to completely show up for a scheduled appointment without canceling it online, or without first contacting the barber via text or email will cause a client to lose their online scheduling privileges and the client will be charged for the full price of missed services. Furthermore, we reserve the right to refuse future services to any clients for failure to show up for any appointment without the courtesy of advanced cancellation or notification.

LATE ARRIVALS:

To ensure we deliver the best possible haircut, shave, and customer service to our clients, we have allocated the necessary time to complete each service. Arriving on time for your scheduled service(s) insures the time necessary for the barbers to comfortably complete their services. We cannot satisfactorily complete any services if client is more than 5 minutes late for their scheduled appointment.
